In this article, we would like to introduce you to our new innovative product; the Stacked Spiral Conveyor! The main advantage of this Spiral Conveyor is the possibility to stack spirals on top of each other, without the need of additional loops in between the Spiral Conveyors. Basically, we can go up infinitely due to this development.

What are the main advantages of the Stacked Spiral conveyor?

So what are the biggest advantages and added value of this new conveyor? To give you a good and clear picture of this, we have listed the most important advantages below:

  • Create more height differences with our new Stacked Spiral Conveyors;
  • Creating stacked Spiral Conveyor without loops;
  • No need for additional monorail loops to connect Spiral Conveyors when stacked on top of each other.

What does a Stacked Spiral conveyor look like?

A Stacked Spiral conveyor is an extra long conveyor with the main difference that it is possible to stack spirals on top of each other without the need for extra loops between the Spiral Conveyors. This is necessary with the traditional conveyors.

Why this new product?

But why this new product? Some Apollo clients manufacture and transport a lot of products and goods. This is often done in large warehouses. Products sometimes need to be transported to considerable heights. This is where the Stacked Conveyor comes in handy as it can transport products up to greater heights.
