Our Spiral Conveyors can be modified with several options. One of these options is the Monorail Conveyor. This conveyor can be connected to a Spiral Conveyor and is ideal for small curves and inclining or declining in tight quarters. It can even handle multiple curves with a single drive. Our Monorail Conveyor is also known as a 3D conveyor.

How it works
Our Monorail Conveyor can operate on its own, but can also function as an extension for a Spiral Conveyor. When used as an extension, the chain can be driven by the Spiral motor, eliminating the need for extra power consumption, integration and an extra transition point. The machine allows horizontal transport in tight quarters. It can be designed with several curves and can incline and decline. Our Monorail Conveyor allows for a length of up to 50 meters.
The single drive and low friction slats ensure that our Monorail Conveyor is low maintenance and is very durable. They are available in several belt widths, from 200 mm up to 650 mm. Some units can be quite large, so it is possible to ship it in several sections.
