The perfect way to enter and exit a Spiral Conveyor from intermediate floor levels
The Apollo Shoot in and out Conveyor, also called a Multiple infeed and outfeed Conveyor, allows loads to enter and exit the Spiral Conveyors at intermediate elevations. This is accomplished by an ancillary high speed induction conveyor, that provides controlled entry into or out of the spiral.
Multiple in and outfeed Spiral Conveyor features:
- Can be applied to Apollo Spiral Conveyors;
- Can handle loads up to 50 kg/m;
- Shoot in speed: 60 m/minute;
- Shoot out (divert) speed: 40 m/minute;

How it works
The induction and divert out conveyors are specifically designed to expand the functionality of our Spiral Conveyors.
Our proprietary induction conveyor uses powered rollers introduce loads onto the spiral at intermediate levels. They are designed to perfectly match spiral’s radius and the pitch of the spiral, assuring a safe and reliable product transfer.
Our divert out conveyors feature a pivoting arm with a powered face belt assuring proper product orientation and gentle handling when diverting out of the spiral. The powered out feed conveyor also have individually adjustable rollers that allows you to match the spiral pitch, assuring a reliable product transfer out of the spiral.
This Spiral Conveyor is a perfect application for multi-level warehousing, e-commerce and other order picking operations. It is possible to apply either belts or rollers to these conveyors. The Shoot In & Out is built to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in order to maintain a high throughput.
