To meet their specific requirements, we engineered a smarter drive configuration:
The motor for ascending conveyors is now positioned at the bottom, rather than the top of the conveyor. This improves accessibility, streamlines the overall design, and saves valuable space.
Additionally, the chain tensioner is now fully integrated into the lower frame, replacing its traditional placement inside the conveyor return section. This not only reduces the number of external components, but also makes maintenance quicker and more efficient.
